| Construction
workers improve the world in which we live. Yet, often they are required
to labor under dangerous conditions which cause injury and death.
The
law imposes upon the owners of the construction sites and those in
charge of them, a duty to provide a safe workplace. Should a construction
worker suffer injury, financial responsibility may be placed upon the property
owner and/or the contractor or sub-contractor.
